What we believe

We believe in God and in His Son, Jesus Christ.

None of us are perfect, we all make mistakes, sometimes serious ones.   We have been making mistakes since the Garden of Eden. We are still making mistakes.

However, we believe that God created us, and despite our failures, He loves us. Everyone however good or bad is loved equally by God and He wants each of his followers to love them too.  His solution to our mistakes was to send his Son, Jesus Christ, into this world. Jesus came into this world in human form, with human physical frailties, specifically to take our failures onto his shoulders and to die for us.  Jesus, the Son of God and the Son of man, died in agony, alone, suffering humiliation, that we might live, forever.

We believe that our failures can be overcome – if we are truly sorry, repent and accept Jesus Christ as our saviour. 

We can make a fresh start.  God forgets our wrongdoings each time we say sorry and ask for forgiveness.

Jesus rose from the dead to prove to the world that our failures, our sin, really had been forgiven. Accepting Jesus into your life is a beginning  - and it can happen at any time.  

All of us want to learn more about God and His Son Jesus Christ.

We want to apply His teaching to our lives and demonstrate His love for us through our love for others.
